CUSTOM_API_KEY environment variable is not set

I add a custom model, not OPENROUTER_API_KEY, not TOGETHER_API_KEY.

I add API key directly when I do custom model add.
I also add API key by export CUSTOM_API_KEY="my_key"

But both two ways were not working at all. I get the error message on terminal = CUSTOM_API_KEY environment variable is not set.
When I tried to call "plandex tell "something"

Pls help me check or how I can fix "environment variable is not set".
