Why it's not reasonably possible for you to be banned by Bloxstrap

pizzaboxer edited this page May 9, 2024 · 14 revisions

This is directly addressing the banwave that occurred on May 9th 2024.

Whenever Roblox does banwaves, they specifically target people who use exploiting software. Roblox detects people who use exploit software because they work by messing around with the Roblox game client while it's running, attaching to it and modifying memory. That is what they are detecting.

Bloxstrap doesn't do any of that. It does not touch Roblox at all while it is running. There is nothing for Roblox to detect. Activity tracking works by simply tracing Roblox's log file that it writes to while it's running. It's done 100% externally and is stupidly simple. All Bloxstrap does is make it easier to configure Roblox in ways not officially intended, but are naturally/officially available, to allow you to do useful things. That is all, nothing more.

Furthermore, Roblox staff themselves understand this, and have clarified this themselves, saying there is no reason for Bloxstrap to be detected.

If you were banned from Roblox under the presumption of using exploits, it is certain to say it was not because of Bloxstrap.
