Plans to remove multi‐instance launching from Bloxstrap

In the next version of Bloxstrap, the "Allow multi-instance launching" feature that's enabled under the Integrations tab will be removed completely. There are a few reasons for this.

For one, Bloxstrap's implementation of it is not very reliable. Part of this comes down to the fact that handling it automatically takes a bit of effort, and is inherently just hit-and-miss. For example, it won't work if the first Roblox instance you launch is not through Bloxstrap. Besides, I'm already doing some weird workarounds to make it work as it is. Additionally, teleporting between servers will not work in all cases. It's not a feature that I want to bother maintaining, if I'm being entirely honest.

For another, it just doesn't really make sense for Bloxstrap to have it? The original use case I was imagining when adding this as a feature was that it would make testing stuff on multiple accounts easier, whether you're a game developer or something. It was something I was doing quite often with Bloxstrap at the time, so it was certainly useful to me. Not anymore though, and other than that, it remains pretty niche for most people. I also can't imagine this being such a frequent need that you need it to be present every single time you launch Roblox.

Additionally, the reality is that most people are just using it to farm stuff in games across multiple accounts, and not for legitimate use cases like I intended. That's pretty big, and I'd rather not be associated with that.

So, be warned. If you depend on this feature in some way, you will need to start using something else. There's a lot of other solutions available to accomplish this if you need.
