BUG: Cannot delete/modify POI created by another user

Describe the bug
Someone creates a POI inside a project that I admin (I'm also the creator of the project), which is good because I want the map to be collaborative, but I'm not able to delete or modify this POI (so is like I'm not an admin anymore): the only way to do it is to contact the person and gently ask to remove the POI (LOL). This allows anybody to add whatever POI inside a project without having the admin in power of do anything.

To Reproduce

1. Create a project
2. Ask somebody to create a POI inside it
3. Try to delete the POI (no delete/modify buttons appear)

Expected behavior
Delete/modify a POI made by someone else, inside a project that I admin.

I'm sorry but everything is written in French: for me is really hard to help in this way...I feel frustrated all the time. 🤒I hope to find in the future some good soul to help translating but right now I think I'll give up. 🌳

It's ok, just for me it's too time consuming if it's all written in French because I've to use an automatic translator all the time (same for other not French speakers): is like a wall not knowing a language, I'm sure you feel the same with English but that's what we all use to develop international projects (I'm Italian so it's not my mother language either). 😢 Right now the only contribution I can make is to report bugs and suggest features, if you can at least set Gitlab in English and make efforts to comment in English, that would be nice for the entire community. I'm pretty sure more people would join to help and things would get done faster. Thanks! 😄🌳

let's transform this frustration into action , thx @360fun for taking the effort and time in sharing your thought it's essential , and I beleive you are totaly right !! So I propose wherever and whenever you feel frustrated please post it to us , it'll help us get it passed to EN
I often write my docs in english , so I'll start making it fully EN from now , I promise.
it's jsut been so complicated already getting it running in France that we even forgot that the energy can come from everywhere when it's in EN
so that'll be our internal transformation for 2019
it won't stop our great french collborators , but those who can will make the effort
starting by me !!
