Description:

The demo/production instance of the web-client-ui application hosted at https://web-client-ui.vercel.app/ is currently not functioning as of now.

Observed Behavior:

When accessing the application, the following error is displayed:

An error occurred
Unable to connect to the bot server at 'https://qa-hyperstack-test-sfu-2.dev-sfu.wss.daily.co:8989/start_bot/'

Expected Behavior:

The application should connect to the bot server without issues and function as demonstrated in the README or documentation.

Steps to Reproduce:

Additional Notes:

  • Please verify if the bot server is accessible and if the configuration for the server endpoint is correct.
  • The issue might be related to network connectivity, server downtime, or authentication.

Suggested Actions:

  • Check the availability of the bot server.
  • Validate the bot server configuration used by the application.
  • Review any recent changes to the deployment setup.
