It's currently not user-friendly when something goes wrong and the system fails silently. To encourage users to report issues they encounter, we need to display clear error messages on the UI when an error occurs. By doing so, users will be able to easily identify and understand the issue they are experiencing.

We need to modify the UI to display error messages whenever an error occurs. The error message should clearly describe the error that occurred, and provide instructions on how to resolve it. Additionally, we should also provide an easy way for users to copy the error message and trace stack to report issues.
