We improved the display of footnotes in v2.15.0.
For text output, foot notes will simply be removed to reduce the noise.
For markdown output, foot notes will use format [^1] and [1]: Title.

And in HTML output, its been removed because HTML should provide an interaction that feels like what ChatGPT currently provides.
This issue is used to track its progress.
