LCD Display not working

Hi,

After following the installation guide (https://learn.pimoroni.com/article/getting-started-with-weather-hat) I have tried to run lcd.py example and the LCD display it's not showing anything. Always is black.

I have enabled I2C and SPI in raspi-config.

Can you help me?

I'm not able to fix the issue and I don't get any error. Who can I help you to fix it?

Sounds like you may have a faulty display there - drop us an email at [email protected] with your order number (or proof of purchase if you bought it from elsewhere) and some photos of your setup and we'll see if we can get a replacement sorted for you?
