In C, presumably?

This diff shows mostly the PSRAM related code, and you'll probably want rp2_psram.c - dpgeorge/micropython@rp2-add-rp2350...pimoroni:micropython:feature/psram

I suspect we'll get together a C example once the MicroPython stuff is worked out.
