Hi,
apart from raw readings is there a way to calculate irradiance or lux or other physical readings?

Short answer: I don't know.

However the datasheet lists some irradiance readings in Figure 8 - "Optical Characteristics of Spectral Channels, AGAIN: 1024x, Integration Time: 27.8 ms" - https://ams.com/documents/20143/6705498/AS7343_DS001046_6_00.pdf

I am unsure whether these values map linearly or otherwise to the output counts, though, since there are no graphs of response curves listed to clarify.
