Is hasGaps still returned accurately by reqHistoricalData? #134

When I request historical data, I get all bars with a last boolean value equal to false.

That last value isn't documented at https://interactivebrokers.github.io/tws-api/historical_bars.html

This example interprets it as hasGaps. How do you know what that last value is, if it's not documented? Maybe it was documented a while ago but it's no longer documented, so is it reliable?
