Add renovation to reporting and construction and renovation to plots

Add the following reporting tasks:

In the reporting to the mif-file:

• reporting of renovation flow variables

In the plotting Rmd-file

• plots of construction flows
• plots of renovation flows.

Open TODOs for the reporting to the mif-file of renovation flows:

• report / differentiate identical replacement and a change of heating systems
• When aggregating bsr and hsr: Differentiate which of bsr or hsr has changed (Completely unchanged states are probably not interesting).
• Decide on variable naming that differentiates between reporting hs and reporting hsr (anlogously for bs / bsr)

Open TODOs for the plots:

• decide on visualization of variables where hs and hsr are reported / more generally, two variables are reported
• find a better way to implement the differentiation between hs and hsr
