I would to display icon in text section, instead of displaying status

Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe we could use it to display icon:

{ icon:'mdi:sofa' }

I want to use icon in conditional template, to show the state of my door and windows, for example.

In some cases it would be a lot easier to let us render an icon. For instance, to show the battery icon from sensor.my_phone_battery_level. Instead of writing a big if/else, we could just use state_attr('sensor.my_phone_battery_level', 'icon').

Edit: Please also allow to define the icon color.
