Pasting items from Windows clipboard does not work

Kindly describe the bug and include as much detail as possible on what you were doing so we can reproduce the bug.

When trying to paste the items from windows clipboard into the input box in copilot chats, it does not work (Noting is pasted)

But if we try doing ctrl + V after trying to paste (clicking one of the items from the Windows clipboard) the selected one gets pasted into the input box.

I think the same is happening across other products - I checked in Saved Materials and it had the same issue.

Expected Behaviour

Selecting the items from the clipboard should paste the content into the input elements.

To make sure I understand correctly, when you CTRL+V, it works? But when you right-click > Paste, it doesn't work? Or something different?

No worries, not a huge issue.

Its different

Windows has featured called clipboard which stores multiple previous copies and not only the latest one. Clipboard is accessed using win(start) + v once enabled. So what's not working is pasting from the windows clipboard
