It should:

• Allow you to import a public playlist for each month
• Store those monthly playlist ids in a DB
• You should be able to see the songs in a playlist for a month
• You should be able to upvote or downvote songs within a monthly playlist
• There should be a chart showing the top songs of all time ordered from highest vote to lowest vote, with secondary sort being date added from oldest to newest
• Songs within the monthly playlist should be ordered from highest vote to lowest vote, with secondary sort being date added from oldest to newest
• Can see songs added per person by going to their user page
• See monthly themes like (genres, average bpm, etc) in order to see trends over time
