Loading placeholder not showing in my admin panel.

I just found out that there's a loading placeholder in piccolo admin on the demo admin panel.

It's not showing up in my admin panel for some reason though, is it a bug or what?

I think the demo is running an older version - I don't automatically update it on each release.

The loading indicator might have broken after we transitioned to Vue 3. We should try and add it back if it's an easy fix.

@AmazingAkai Yes, you are right, the loading indicator is not working. Something similar to the previous loading indicator can be achieved by moving this piece of code
