Hi, VmsAcars is not reading the landing rate correctly in FSX simulator.
Landing Rate | 0 ft/min
In case it gives any further clues to the problem, previously Disposable Hero said this about the same error:

07-07 00:42:11|INFO; Detected runway on landing callback
07-07 00:42:11|INFO; Landing rate not positive, v=0; looking back in data buffer
07-07 00:42:11|ERROR; Could not find valid landing rate in data buffer, returning 0 after 0 steps

Either we are not able to read landing rate via FsUipc from FsX and Fs9 anymore (FsUipc problem, considering Fs9 version is not changing anymore, this may have less chance) or there is a bug in vmsAcars which is simply effecting only these two sims 'cause same FsUipc reading works for Prepar3D.
