Link to some comphrensive documentation on how to install docker on various OSes

Prequisites say Docker and Docker Compose clearly, but it may not be immediately obvious how to set up Docker. Whilst I would strongly object to inlining documentation (becomes maint burden, potentially causes more questions and support hassle), it would be helpful to link to some good setup instructions for Docker.
