hello, phonegap filtered for persian users?? i am a iranian programmer. can you help me why dont load app on my pc?

Adobe is no longer maintaining the app. There is a known issue with it on Windows machines. There is a fix posted to an existing issue. You can either apply this fix yourself or switch to using the Cordova CLI directly.
