z-index problem #25

When I use any modal on the screen where there is vue-tree-select component it block the access to the modal as the z-index of it is too high.

Can you fix this? z-index of 20 should work just fine. Here's the screenshot of it:

It's when the option is withAlwaysPpen is set to true.
