New class CalcATMForceKernel and ATMForce are not included in the metal kernel factory. Log file included

I assume this is with OpenMM 8.1 beta. I'll probably wait until the OpenMM 8.0 release on Conda, instead of requesting users to switch to a beta version of OpenMM as the default. OpenMM 8.1 also includes Metal as a built-in recognized platform, so I'd want to require users to set that platform as well.

However, if your application needs OpenMM 8.1 for a specific reason, I can spin off a repo branch for v8.1, which will be merged upon official release.
