How to use in test environment

I'm also having a problem testing when making feature specs ... in controller specs I just use "controller.stub(:captcha_valid?).and_return(true)" but there should be an option to disable the validation entirely in the test environment.
In my feature spec I tried using many things to bypass the validation but with no success :(
