Security Questionable Doesn't Work

Hello. I'm having some problems with the Security Questionable functionality of this gem. I implemented it as per the documentation (which is sparse and seems incomplete compared to other features) and it didn't do anything.

I looked into the code and noticed that the model in question is completely empty and devoid of functionality: https://github.com/phatworx/devise_security_extension/blob/master/lib/devise_security_extension/models/security_questionable.rb

Am I missing something?
