Agenda and meeting notes
Attendees: Coline, Doug, Yann, Xinyue, Lluis, Pavel, Zhenglei
Apologies:
Minutes: @Zhenglei-BCS

Meeting Notes

  • Coline: inquiries for budget and quotations ongoing.
  • Pavel:
    • Meeting on Monday with Zhenglei and Lluis to integrate riskreports into the pipeline.
    • Now the Github action already generates a not-so-fancy validation report for each package.
    • Question on source package, repository status:
      - In the pipeline, the source tarball is downloaded but discarded, but not a real CRAN repository
      - Action: decision on whether the CRAN-like repository is needed, when to switch to this.
      - In terms of reporting, one assumption is that the metrics are already calculated during the pipeline.
      - Repository should be limited to one, like r-hub.
      - From the Users' perspective, there could be an additional layer of packages repository. Solution could be like multi-
verse or universe or Posit package manager.
    • Action: PR: dev container, adjusting to template change. Mini-workshop?
    • Minute cost, MAC costs more.
  • Lluis:
    - Action: remove or modify based on yaml parameters for report template.
  • Xinyue shared the github actions cost and the calculation worksheet
    - Related [Exec Meeting] (Exec Meeting (2024-12-10)  pharmaR#41)

Ah, I should have mentioned on the call. To gain access, first create a Linux Foundation (LFX) account and you should automatically receive access.
