Currently, lists and the table of contents (considered to be a longer list) are not being tagged in the assessment document. The tables of contents currently links to specific sections in the document but need to have tagged text saying the section being linked to. There is a possibly useful conversation here about how to tag table of contents within Rmarkdown/LaTeX documents. I think if we identify a proper fix for tagging the table of contents the same solution could hopefully be applied to lists within the document.
