Describe the problem your feature request is related to.

STAR panel review brought up how design-based indices for shortspine thornyhead are outside the confidence intervals for the last two years.

Describe the solution you'd like

A function that automatically determines and throws a warning if any of the years are not inside the estimated confidence intervals.

Describe alternatives you have considered

Making it the STATS 🧑‍🏭 to check this.
