  • More control over generation of page update flag.
  • Transmit modified pages immediately with the interrupted sequence flag set.
  • Allow single (non carousel) pages to specify a subcode per Annex E.2 of the teletext specification. i.e. support time coded pages such as the "alarm clock".

Allows a second config file called vbit.conf.override to override config lines from vbit.conf
This allows end users to replace specific settings without editing the main config when under version control.

New page and carousel lists

Page lists are now sorted so that rolling headers go out in the correct ascending order.
Carousel pages now go out at the appropriate point in the page cycle and the subpage cycle time specified in the tti file is now treated as a minimum cycle time.
Carousel subpages will be transmitted and cycled at the specified cycle time as before if the interrupted sequence flag is set. This is required for animating subpages etc.
