This could be a nice way to remove some dependencies. Ideas for execution:

turbinedaq shakedown --tsr=1.9 --turbine=RM2 --tow-speed=1.0 --y_R=1.0 --z_H=0.5

python process.py --single-run shakedown --latest

turbinedaq perf-1.0

# Should bring up a window with live streaming plots (Bokeh?)
turbinedaq monitor vectrino

s: start
a: abort  
q: stop after current run
