bp window still visible in expose even after hiding? #2

after hiding the search window with e.g. cmd-e it's still visible if i use the four finger swipe gesture, i would expect it to go away completely rather than just move to the back

If this is the case maybe we're not actually hiding the window. It should be equiv to pressing cmd+h on the window.
