Paramaters mongodb_xxxx missing from my output

I am using Exporter Version: v0.40.0
i am using curl to check exporter output
Why do I not have mongodb_xxxx parameters in the output ?
I have go_XXX and some process_XXX but not mongodb_XXX
What I did try:

1. User with read permission and admin user
2. Compatibility mode
3. Collstats metrics gathering
   with no luck
   Bellow is my output:
