Publish Subtiltes Editor in open-vsx to use it in Vscodium

Is it possible to publish Subtiltes Editor in open vsx format to use it on VSCodium ?

This, please. Publishing can be automated in GitHub Actions, it's simple and really similar to VS Marketplace, and it should require no changes at all in the extension itself. Open-VSX marketplace has grown significantly in usage since this issue was opened, and with that your extension can reach more users.

The only requirement is including a license, so it's best to add a LICENSE.md file to the repo (not just the field in package.json), to make it more explicit that it's MIT (including for automated tools).

It's better if it's published by the devs themselves, so please let us know if you plan to add it or not 😃
