I tried to run looper rerun but it didn't work; because pipestat is not correctly finding the flags.

Related to pepkit/pipestat#209

I think we need to add to the tutorial some documentation describing how looper rerun works.

Maybe a bit more effort on "managing failed jobs" or something, with descriptions of how to configure flags, check them, and run certain jobs, etc.
