.DS_Store file to be removed

The .DS_Store file is a system file created by macOS in each directory to store metadata associated with that particular folder. While these files are harmless and useful for maintaining folder-specific settings on a local machine, they can cause issues when collaborating on projects, especially in version-controlled repositories like Git.
we shuould add this file to gitignore.
