PKI API

This uses Sudhi Herle's PKI database library to create an API that allows you to manage your public key infrastructure via a REST API.

Building

Use the Makefile:

make build

Then you have the binary in the bin directory.

Usage

First you will need to initialize:

$ export PKI_PASSWORD=1234 # extra spaces at the start so password isn't saved to your history
$ pkiapi init mycoolpkidb
2021/04/20 23:50:38 Using default validity: 5 years (you can change this with -V)
New CA cert:
    Data:
        Version: 3 (0x2)
        Serial Number: 521521186612901458086099230340302016940 (0x1885953b5d071af366a567ae14b7c91ac)
...snip...
2021/04/20 23:50:38 created new PKI database at ./mycoolpkidb.db

Next you can run the API like so:

$ pkiapi run -d mycoolpkidb.db

The following routes are available:
