Reduce package size

Currently the snap packages all of the libdrm package as a stage package. Perhaps there is a way to not do that, to reduce the package size from 900M. I think adding a bind mount to access the system libraries should give it access to the right libdrm static library.

The library that seems to be the culprit for the "bloat" is rocblas, which is a dependency for ROCm Validation Suite. There may be ways to reduce this bloat, but it likely won't be the easiest change possible.
