There are some None entries in the WinAnsi encoding, which follows the 'standards'.
However, apparently, all undefined entries above CID 30 are rendered as bullet characters (following old WinApi functionality). And unfortunately I have several documents which use CID 0x81 to render list bullet points.
Would it be possible to fill all undefined characters with bullets in the encoding array? Right now I'm manually patching it from code.
