- Sugar (1 cup)
- Egg (1)
- Molasses (1/3 cup)
- Gluten free flour (2 cup)
- Baking soda (2 tsp)
- Salt (1/2 tsp)
- Cinnamon (1 tsp)
- Ginger (1 tsp)
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix oil and sugar together. Slowly add in egg and molasses
- Sift all dry ingredients together and gently fold into oil and sugar mixture
- Take a spoonful of dough and shape into a ball. Then roll in a small amount of powdered sugar
- Place on baking sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes
