Smartwatches are increasingly becoming devices people use for payment. I don't own one so don't know their features but considering NFC toggle is missing in stock Android on phones I believe such a functionality is missing there as well. If I ever had a smartwatch I'd use for payments I definitely see myself in need of such feature.
I.e., it would be nice to add Wear OS support if possible.
