Missing RTMPT, Missing source for rtmpclient.jar

Hi, first of all, thanks for taking the time to create this client.  It is very 
useful as Red5 is quite robust, but overkill for just implement the client side 
of things.  Would it be possible for you to share the code or the instructions 
to build the actual rtmpclient.jar? I only saw examples on how to use the 
library.

Alternatively, can you add RTMPT support? clients might be behind a restrictive 
network and only be able to connect to the flah server though RTMPT on port 80.
the red5 source is in org.red5.server.net.rtmpt.

I can try to do it and contribute back.
