Basic package upgrade steps by way of pkg:

$ sudo pkg update -f 
(You may have to enter 'y' here)
$ sudo pkg upgrade

Major system upgrade by way of:

$ sudo pkg install tcbsd-upgrade
$ sudo tcbsd-upgrade major
