Expected Behavior

It'd be nice if Ctrl-O (cmd-o) caused the "open file" dialog to open.
Similarly, if Ctrl-N caused the welcome dialog to pop up so we can create a new active/passive checkout
Ctrl-S for saving

Current Behavior

No shortcuts are registered as far as I can see
