Collection of fixes and workarounds for various issues in the FPGA tooling and/or hardware.
Each folder should contain
- the source code + Makefile for the fix,
- any module files that are used to make the fix available to users, and
- a README.md that briefly describes the issue and the mechanics of the fix.
