- Notification type USERS.BUSINESS_STAKEHOLDERS.CREATED is now processed. When it is received, the Letter of authorization flag on Mirakl is updated accordingly with Hyperwallet data.
- Any operators who have experienced an issue where business users have had the Required Proof of Authorisation field incorrectly set to Yes and therefore have not been able to finish running the Extract Documents job, can now resolve this issue by manually setting the field to No, ensuring the correct documents are uploaded in Mirakl, and running the Extract Documents job.

- New configuration value set in the PAYPAL_MIRAKL_OPERATOR_TIME_ZONE environment variable (see the README). The value for your Mirakl operator time zone can be retrieved from Mirakl support.
