How to commit changes after REPLACE command

I am attempting to edit a fontexplorerx database file in the SQLiteStudio app (I have an extensive font collection that I share between my 2 computers via iCloud... but with different user paths... thus, I need to change the user path in the database... it is a simple task:
SELECT REPLACE(path, 'Archangel', 'archangel') from containers

in GRID view, the changes are made... BUT I cannot COMMIT the changes... the green Commit button does not function...

If I go to

the target container, no changes were actually made...

My question is: how can I commit the changes?

Sorry... I got it now...

UPDATE
containers
SET
path = REPLACE(path, 'Archangel', 'archangel');

that automatically writes the file
