Function:

  • Facilitate the creation, update and deletion of maintenance tickets for a tenancy.
  • Maintenance tickets can include a title, description, createdAt date and attachments such as PDF, PNG JPG and MP4. (e.g attach an invoice for a tenant to be reimbursed for repairs carried out)
  • Facilitate the requesting of a remote inspection, outlining specific details.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of repairs with a time that suits both a landlord and tenant.
