Chat not started after train model

**When train model chat not started **
When run the rasa server and ui using following command .

rasa run -m models --enable-api --cors "*" --debug --log-file out.log
and
npm start

I trained the model but got following issue and chat not started .I used both rasa version 1.7 and 2.0.0
