When Vaadin dropped the official support for touchkit I was actually very surprised since they did not offer any alternative. I was glad to see that you kept this great project alive. However, now that there is still no stable version of touchkit 5 (I found only a beta1) I wonder if you also stopped working on this project. I thought about upgrading my project to vaadin 8.1 but I'm unsure if it's compatible with the current version of touchkit.
Do you know if Vaadin has any plans to support mobile devices in future? So far I could not find any concrete hints to that. When I search for "vaadin mobile development" I mostly get to outdated or deleted web pages (mostly of touchkit). It's even hard to find this fork which seems to be the last piece of a mobile development solution with vaadin.

Hi, this project works based on voluntary work like most OSS projects. If you want, do the same change as you did against this project. We could also give you commit rights if you want to be more active in the maintenance.
