As of Kokkos 4.3 there's now support for using rocthrust for sorting, see kokkos/kokkos#6793
Current sorting interface in Parthenon does not support this yet.
When added the amd CI container should be update do use the -complete base image (as the default one does not include rocthrust) and Kokkos_ENABLE_ROCTHRUST should be enabled again in the github test in that container.
