List of things we could clean up due to upstream additions in Parthenon:

(reflecting) boundary conditions, see also Reflecting BC #79 and Reflecting boundary conditions #58
particle interpolation scheme, see also WIP tracers #102 and tracer particles #99
(re)setting the global timestep when using RKL2 integrator (so that the output dt is properly displayed)
