Problemas encontrados
O cypress como todo está ok, foram feitos testes para o filtro de parlamentares para testar o ambiente de testes e quando executado diretamente(fora do docker) funciona sem erros. O problema está quando executado via Docker, nesse caso as requisição as urls twitterAPIUrl(https://twitter-api.parlametria.org.br) e perfilUrl(https://perfil.parlametria.org.br/api) estão dando erro, segue uma screenshot gerada pelo cypress para melhor exemplificar o problema.
